Carmen helped us buy our very first home in 2015. We had less than a day to see the home and make an offer. He did not waste our time with homes that were out of our price range or not in line with our needs.
A master with the contract negotiations, Carmen came up with a deal that was good for us, that the seller was willing to accept. His recommendation for an inspector was extremely valuable as well, and I feel like throughout the negotiations he fought harder for me than I was fighting myself.
